As per request, I'm here dropping some feedback :)
I will critique 5 aspects of the piece and give
a half, whole, or no star depending on what I think of thought of that area.

So, for the character design itself, I'd give you a whole star.
They have a nice amount of detail without it being over complicated, which is great.
I don't see any areas that look too "busy",
or like they are there just because.

For the pose I give a half star.
It looks interesting, but it's kind of hard to read. Certain areas leave me a bit confused as to what's going on, like where her right arm goes to. Also, I assume she's sitting on the end of a hand rail? If so, her legs look like they are positioned a bit wonky to me.

For the composition I'd give a half star.
I can tell what's going on, but it doesn't read very well for me . Especially at the lower part of the image where things seem a little cluttered.

On your shading I'd give a half star.
It looks good in some areas, but in others it seems a little spotty. I enjoy the way you shaded the hair for example, but the shirt and legs don't seem to have received the same care.

For visibility I'll have to give a half star.
The second one looks a lot easier to see, but the initial one is pretty dark and hard to see.

I'm here wishing Newgrounds had proper notifications so
I didn't miss out on art, but that aside, I love how you've
been making neater backgrounds as time goes on.
Especially at that perspective. Those are hard and I avoid them lol
